Ordering

After you have placed an order with us, we will send you an email notification, which you can use as your receipt. This notification is your confirmation that your order has gone through and will be processed. The email will contain all the information on your shopping cart, as well as an order number for reference. You can of course email us at sales@magneticwild.ie to enquire about your order.

Payment & Online Security

We are fully committed to providing full security both through our online and mail order service. We accept most major credit cards and for offline purchases will accept Personal Cheques and Bank Transfers. As exchange rates around the world vary, all payments to Magnetic Wild must be in Euros.

We can assure you that your information is kept safe & secure, from your online shopping basket to the goods arriving at your home. A secure encryption protects all your details during the shopping process. When placing an order by Credit Card, the address given must be the same as that registered with your credit card company.

Please note that we never disclose customer information to any third party, other than the information necessary to ensure delivery of your order.

NB: Special Order Requests (ie, large quatities of specific products) received by Magnetic Wild via email/telephone and not directly through this website, will be subject to additional terms & conditions. These terms & conditions are available upon request or at the time of order placement.

High Value Orders or in instances where the order is to be sent to an alternative address (an address other than the credit card billing address) payment may be requested by Bank Transfer.

Of course, when an order is placed for an Organisation / Group, we will offer a Group Discount, which may be as much as 15%.

Product Description

Magnetic Wild takes great care with the descriptions of the products as they appear online. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions & images are accurate. However, specifications are subject to change and Magnetic Wild cannot be held responsible for discrepancies, either real or perceived.

Returns & Exchange Policy

At Magnetic Wild we want you to be 100% satisfied with any purchase. We completely understand the necessity of Outdoor Clothing & Equipment fitting correctly and appreciate that you, purchasing On Line, are not in a position to try it on first. Therefore, to ensure your 100% satisfaction with your purchase and with Magnetic Wild, we offer a 7 day returns policy. In this instance you have the option of a replacement or full refund providing you:

- Return all Packaging & labelling within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Enclose the original purchase receipt

- Ensure the product is in new and in unused condition

- Specify clearly Refund or Exchange

Please note that if you require a product to be sent out in exchange (example: a different size/colour etc), we do make a further carriage charge. It is advisable that any goods being returned to us be sent by registered /insured delivery as we cannot be held responsible for products lost in transit. Any refund will be made in the tender type originally transacted.

Unfortunately, for Health & Safety reasons we are unable to accept returns of climbing hardware or underwear. Any faulty items should be returned free from mud and dirt as we are unable to process items that do not meet these criteria.

Should you have received a faulty good from us, please do the following:

- Return all Packaging & labelling within 7 days of receiving your order

- Enclose the original purchase invoice

- Indicate the area or part that has failed

- Specify clearly Refund or Exchange

Faulty goods will be returned to the supplier and which may result in a slight delay for replacements and refunds. We will not charge any additional delivery fee should you opt for a replacement of the faulty item.

You also have the right to cancel your order up to a maximum of 7 days from the day you receive your order confirmation. You must notify us of this intent in writing by contacting us at : sales@magneticwild.ie

Any return carriage costs will be the responsibility of the customer. None of the above conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Guarantee

All our products are guaranteed against failure due to defective workmanship or materials. The guarantee lasts 12 months from the original invoice (unless stated otherwise) and excludes faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

In the unlikely event of you having to return a faulty product, please return the item along with a copy of the original receipt to the following address:

Please indicate clearly the area or part that has failed and ensure that the item is clean and dry or it may be returned to you without attention. VAT

As we trade in the Republic Of Ireland, all prices on this site include VAT (Value Added Tax) at 23% (as of Jan 1st 2012). Your selected delivery destination will determine whether or not VAT is applicable. If VAT is not applicable, then this tax will be deducted from your order prior to payment. Your location may render you liable to import, state, local, or other taxes. Such taxes are entirely your responsibility.

Liability Statement

The clothing and equipment we supply is related to mountaineering, hill walking, climbing and other related outdoor activities which are potentially hazardous. It is the individuals own responsibility to learn and understand the proper techniques associated with safe participation in these activities and to fully accept and assume all risks, damages, injury or death which may result from the use of the products posted on the Magnetic Wild internet site.
